To ensure the security of transactions and meet regulatory requirements, p20bet may request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Sports Betting on p20bet covers Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Série B, state championships, and over 30 other sports and international competitions. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting modalities:
A bet is only valid once the user explicitly confirms it on the platform interface and a ticket number is generated by the system. The corresponding balance is deducted immediately upon confirmation. Bets not confirmed due to a technical or connection failure are not recorded — the balance is automatically returned to the user's account.
Confirmed bets are final. Users cannot cancel, change the amount, or modify the selections of a bet after confirmation. The only exception is the cash out, when available: it allows you to settle a bet before the event ends at the cash out value calculated in real time by the p20bet system.
If an event is canceled or postponed by more than 48 hours from its original scheduled time, all bets placed on that event are canceled and the full amounts are returned to the account balance. For parlay bets, the selection corresponding to the canceled event is removed and the ticket is recalculated with the remaining selections.
P20bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical or input errors, whether before or after the event result. The user will be notified and the bet amount returned to the account balance.
